The Custom Home Process
About half of the homes built by Ezell-Morgan Construction are custom homes. Our clients range from first-time homebuyers to seasoned custom home veterans. We think that the key to a successful and enjoyable custom home project is good communication. For this reason, our staff is readily available to answer questions and we encourage our customers to visit the site regularly. When our customers play a more active role and see step-by-step how their home goes together, they develop a deeper appreciation of the craftsmanship involved and we stay more in tune with their needs and goals.
