Ezell-Morgan Lots in Diamondhead Subdivision

Diamondhead is finally complete! Ezell-Morgan has 16 lots available (shown below). The subdivision is located just North of Langston Hughes elementary school and West of George Williams Way. Many of the lots will support walk-out basements with the back of the home facing to the East. Most of the lots will offer an incredible view of Lawrence including parts of the KU campus. These are some of the best lots Lawrence has seen in many years. Ezell-Morgan should have the first homes completed by the Spring Home Tour in April, 2006.

To get to Diamondhead, just drive West on 6th to George Williams Way. Turn South to enter the subdivision at Ken Ridge Drive or take the roundabout at Harvard Road West into the subdivision.
